S.H.O.W.case! Our Siberian Husky of the Week is:
Equitala's Song of the Siren "Siren"

Siren is a wonderful friend, hiking partner, and cuddle bug. She came to live with us at nine weeks old and has since filled our lives with much joy, laughter, and of course the famous Siberian smile. Incredibly intelligent, she is (of course) the classic escape artist and has put herself into a pickle or two, but we have worked around these rare events by putting her mind to work with new places to visit (on leash with her family), exciting toys to discover, and her other canine cohorts keep her in line as much as we do.

While Siren is not a famous conformation champion, nor does she have any other titles on the front or back of her name in fact, she is an amazing companion and I treasure her so. We know that if we ever have a child, she will be as gentle and affectionate with them as she is with us. We know she will run with us until she can no longer and when our time together draws to an end one day, I will look back and know that she adored us through the years as we have adored her. If she did have titles, they might include, "Queen of the Bed," "Champion Digger," and maybe even "Squirrel Destroyer." I feel both honored and privileged to be able to share my life with a Siberian Husky- for what a fabulous friend they can be!
